This ground cloth is a great addition to your adventures. It is made of 10.1 oz waxed canvas and holds up very well to wet and damp weather. This item is a smaller, lighter version of our PNWBushcraft Ground Cloth. We found that sometimes you just need a different version for short adventures or around the yard. We use this size for day hikes here in the Pacific Northwest so you can always have somewhere dry to sit or kneel. It only weighs 6.6 oz and folds down to be about 4 1/2" x 4 1/2". There are grommets on each corner so you can stake it down or hang it up and three snaps so you can close it up to use as a bag. We have also found it to be super handy around the yard and in the garden.
It measures about 19" x 19" and is constructed out of Martexin 10.1 oz waxed canvas in Field Tan. Each seam is double stitched for maximum durability. We have included some sample pictures of the PNWBUSHCRAFT ground cloth Junior in action. You will be receiving only the PNWBUSHCRAFT Ground Cloth Junior.
****Please note all other items pictured are not included and are only there for pictures***
The waxed canvas used on the product is made using a specialized process that was created in the 1800s. Martexin Original Wax has a superior finish that is made with an environmentally friendly blend of waxes that is non-hazardous. This fabric process creates a lifelong resistance to weather and it will develop a beautifully worn look. The 100 % cotton fabric will show scratches and become distressed but will continue to look better over time as it develops its own patina.

Used it in the PNW winter so the ground was definitely wet. My butt was dry. I'm 6'2" and it's still big enough for me to sit on without feeling like I'm playing "the ground is lava." It packs small. I use it in the woods. I use it at the park with my kid. It's either in the stroller or my pack. I'll probably buy another so I don't have to switch it back and forth. 10/10.
