We want you to love your PNWBUSHCRAFT gear. Every piece is handcrafted by our family and built to be used for years of adventures. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

30 Day Returns

If you've changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• Original tags should still be attached when applicable.
• Please include your proof of purchase.

To begin a return, email us at pnwbushcraft@pnwbushcraft.com. We'll provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process the return.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order was damaged during shipping, you received the wrong item, or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

Because each item is handcrafted, the quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement you'd like.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee

We proudly stand behind the quality of our work.

If a seam comes apart, hardware fails due to normal use, or you discover a defect in our workmanship or materials, we'll repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Our guarantee covers defects in craftsmanship—not normal wear and tear.

Waxed canvas is designed to develop character over time. Fading, patina, scratches, fabric softening, and other signs of regular use are expected and are not considered defects.

Our guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear from years of use
• Cosmetic aging or patina
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care
• Intentional modifications or alterations made after purchase

Many well-loved pieces simply need a repair rather than a replacement. Whenever possible, we'd much rather repair your gear and help it continue its story.
