Witch Collection Waxed Canvas Pocketknife Slips
A little mysterious, a little outdoorsy, and definitely different from anything you'll find in the sporting goods aisle.
These Pocketknife Slips started with a fabric grab bag I purchased from an independent designer on Etsy. She creates her own artwork and fabrics, and when these witch designs showed up in the assortment, I knew we had to turn them into something.
Each piece of fabric captures a different part of the artwork, so every slip has its own little scene. Witches wandering through the woods, pointed hats, shadowy figures and muted earthy colors give these an almost old storybook feel.
We paired the fabric with our rugged waxed canvas to make a small collection of Pocketknife Slips.

No Two Will Be Quite the Same
One of my favorite things about working with highly illustrated fabrics is seeing what happens when we start cutting.
One slip might capture an entire witch. Another might show only a mysterious figure disappearing into the woods. The colors, trees and other little details change depending on where each piece is cut.
Pattern placement will vary, so the slip you receive may not be identical to the ones photographed.
And because these came from a fabric grab bag, we only have what we have. Once we've worked through this particular fabric, we may not be able to get more.

Useful gear can still have a little personality. Or in this case, maybe a little magic.
