Reclaimed Army Wool Zipper Pouch
Sometimes the material is enough.
We had a small piece of beautiful olive green wool left from one of the military blankets we've been working with and decided there was no reason to overcomplicate it.
So we made a pouch.
This simple little zipper pouch is made from thick reclaimed army blanket wool with a sturdy metal zipper running across the top and woven pull tabs at each end.
It's soft, substantial and just the right size for all those little things that need a home.
Simple & Useful
Measuring approximately 5" × 7", this is an easy pouch to toss into a backpack, Cedar Bucket Bag, glove box or larger gear bag.
Use it for:
• EDC gear
• Charging cords
• Small tools
• First aid supplies
• Fire starting supplies
• Art supplies
• Personal items
• All those little things that otherwise disappear into the bottom of your bag

• Metal zipper closure
• Woven pull tabs on both ends
• PNWBUSHCRAFT woven label
• Handmade in our Washington State workshop
Giving Good Materials Another Life
We love working with old materials, especially when we can use the smaller pieces that might otherwise be discarded.
We don't know the exact age or history of the particular blanket this piece came from, so we're not going to invent a story for it. What we do know is that it's a wonderfully thick piece of military wool with plenty of life left in it.
Now it gets to head out on a completely different kind of adventure.
Handmade by PNWBUSHCRAFT
Each pouch is cut and sewn in our small Washington State workshop. Because we're working with reclaimed materials, variations, marks and signs of the wool's previous life are part of what make these pieces special.
