The bucket bag is made of 10.1 oz waxed canvas which holds up great to the elements. This bucket bag was designed to hold a cook set and we added four outside pockets so you can store utensils, seasoning, matches, and anything else you can think of. The bucket bag itself measures approx. 6.25" across by 9.75" deep. It comes in brown, green or tan and pulls shut with a paracord and a toggle. It has four outside pockets measuring approx 5" deep by 5" across and the seams have been enforced with rivets so you don't have to worry about continuously sliding things in and out. The whole bucket bag is sewn with heavy-duty thread that is designed for the outdoors. This was created to be a traditional Bushcraft item but has so many uses. You can put so many different items in this bucket bag. We use one for our cooking set so the rest of our gear doesn't get dirty. This is a great addition to any backpack or a gift for that outdoor enthusiast you know.
Please Note: This listing is for a bucket bag only and it closes with eyelets. I have included a picture of it cinched up.
The waxed canvas used on the product is made using a specialized process that was created in the 1800s. Martexin Original Wax has a superior finish that is made with an environmentally friendly blend of waxes that is non-hazardous. This fabric process creates a lifelong resistance to weather and it will develop a beautifully worn look. The 100 % cotton fabric will show scratches and become distressed but will continue to look better over time as it develops its own patina.

I was looking for something to consolidate my cooking gear. Stove, pots, etc. and the bucket bag suited the purpose fine. A little taller model would be able to hold my Solo Stove Titan inside its nesting pot with room for my kettle on top and my utensils around the outside. A little bigger diameter model and It would be able to hold my Solo Stove Campfire inside its nesting pot and again my kettle on top and utensils around the outside. My whole thought process here was to create a cylinder to go down one side of my backpack so that when I got to where I was going I could simply and quickly access my tarp or ground cloth or cooking gear all rolled and packed vertically in my backpack. Great gear, really well made, light and flexible. I couldn't believe how small and light the parcel was when I picked it up at the post box. I have since ordered a ground cloth and Cimbrer tarp which I am anxiously awaiting, due to arrive in about a week. Highly recommended. I'm a subscriber to Cimbrer Bushcraft where I heard about PNW and saw some of their gear put to use and I immediately connected with the potential.
