Spotlight: Sanne Giesen of The Wild Roots Guide
One of the best aspects of being involved with the Campfire Coop is meeting incredible people who are doing inspiring work in their own corners of the outdoor world. This week, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on Sanne Giesen, founder of The Wild Roots Guide.
Sanne helps people reconnect with themselves and the natural world through rewilding, herbalism, somatics, and regenerative leadership. Her work is rooted in the belief that our connection to nature is essential for our well-being, our survival, and the regeneration of the earth.
What makes Sanne’s approach so unique is the way she blends ancient earth skills with modern science, weaving intuition and instinct alongside evidence-based practices. The result is a way of guiding that leaves people feeling held, grounded, and nourished, and with the tools to build resilience and cultivate a lasting relationship with the natural world.
