We have made a 10.1 oz waxed canvas roll-up pouch which is very versatile. The inside is 7" by 3.5 "deep. The other side of the pouch is a giant pocket measuring 6.5" deep by almost 6.5" wide. The canvas has a leather cord that wraps around the bag twice and is kept closed with a wood bead. The entire roll-up pouch measures 7" wide by 3.5" deep when closed. This was designed to hold a pocket stove but would work for fire-starting materials, repair kits, or snack items.
